第一講：數位貿易的國際規範─趨勢與挑戰

由於數位科技發展日新月異以及網路使用的普及，許多國際組織均肯認目前的經濟發展已經進入數位經濟時代。在數位經濟時代下，數位貿易將是重要，甚至是最主要的驅動力。為避免各國針對數位貿易所採取的政策規範成為不必要的貿易措施與障礙，如何調和國家間不同規範內容進而建立起數位貿易的國際規範，已成為當前重要的貿易課題。此分享會除了簡介數位貿易特性與相應的貿易措施外，將分析目前數位貿易的國際規範發展趨勢，並分別從企業與政府的角度探討數位貿易國際規範所面臨的挑戰，使講者得以掌握當前數位貿易國際規範的進展。
